Summer Events Menu @ Tucks

We’re thrilled to share some highlights from our new summer events menus!



A few of our favourite canapés...

Cold:

Roast pumpkin and goats cheese tartlet (GF)

Kingfish crudo, kelp crisp, lemon & Shiso

Salted Barramundi rillette, preserved lemon aioli, witlof

Hot:

Fried flinders oysters, celery Mayo

Wood fired Beef, baba ghanoush, burnt onion

Braised Lamb croquette, fermented chilli mayo

Something a little more substantial:

Estate garden root vegetable curry with scented jasmine rice

Conchiglie, herb and butter sauce, stracciatella

Dessert canapés :

Old fashion Éclair

Lemon tart, torched meringue

Ricotta Donuts, vanilla

A few of our favourites for a seated affair…
Mains:

Salmon, estate vegetables, lemon

Wood roasted beef, macadamia cream, mushroom, Xo

Pork belly, fennel soubise, green olive and parsley

Something on the side:

Fire roasted garden veg, herb and lemon butter

Roast local potatoes, garden salt.

Something sweet:

Lemon tart, torched meringue, whipped white chocolate.

Vanilla Brulée, our berry jam

Chocolate Fondant, pistachio crème
